RETURN POLICY
Returns and Exchanges:  Please inspect order against invoice upon any shortages or damage.

Damage claims must be reported within 15 days of the invoice date for replacement or refund.

Picture from product must be added to damage claims. Unauthorized returns will be refused.

Please email us if you wish to return an item. There will be a 15% restocking fee for any non damaged return.

If you are requesting an exchange, please remember to include sufficient payment for the return postage.
• Within the US: Returned items must be sent via prepaid Regular US Mail.

We are not responsible for stolen or lost packages left on doorsteps. In case of a wrong shipping address given to us, the carrier will charge a fee for return or detour of the package. The costumer is responsible for any cost involved.
