If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 5 days after receiving your item.
The item must be in original packaging, and in Brand New conditions to qualify for a refund. Shipping Cost are non refundable.
Returns that are received in the warehouse and show signs of extensive wear and tear and are no longer in a resalable condition may incur a 25-50% salvage fee.
Damaged or defective items will be exchanged for a new item within 30 days of receipt free of charge.
All returns must receive prior authorization. Returns without a Prior Authorization will be subject to a 25% Processing & Restocking fee.
In the event the item was sold with a free shipping special, the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund.
No returns accepted after Halloween.
