We will accept returns for any reason on unused merchandise for up to 10 days, for the amount paid for the returned merchandise less the shipping fee or other costs. We will refund your credit card if you paid by credit card, or we will send a check refund if another payment method was used. Merchandise must be returned shipping/postage prepaid in the item's original package. Please include a copy of the packing slip or your order confirmation message, and the reason for the return.
