Artisan hand sew the animals "inside out", an old world tradition that results in the mininization of seams, and their bodies are carefully "sculpted" to create "musculature" and "features" like movement in a walking or sitting position that are unique to each creature. Each animal is individually hand sewn, to give it a unique "personality", Stuffing emphasizes careful attention to the placement of the highest quality man-made materials.
When you hold these wonderfully "life-like" animals, you will see and feel HANSA's emphasis on quality, which is a result of careful attention to design, custom fabric selection, cutting, sewing, stuffing, eye placement, feature creation, framing, air brushing and finishing. Since each animal is hand sewn, there will be slight variations in appearance.
Animal Facts:
large ruminant native to the desert regions of Asia & northern Africa. There are 2 kinds of camels: dromedary camel, which has 1 hump, & the Bactrian camel, w/c has 2 humps. Camel usually stands 2 m tall at the shoulders. The hump rises about 30 cm above the back. Feeds on grasses and shrubs. Gives birth to 1 foal after a gestation period of 390-410 days. Camels can go for long periods without water.

All return goods must have written authorization.

Reason for return
Original invoice number, date, and purchase order number
All returns MUST be accompanied by the Returns Authorization number, which must be labeled on the outside of the parcel
All animals returned must be in pristine condition with no alterations
All items returned for reasons which HTUSA is not at fault are subject to a 15% re-stocking charge.
Damages must be reported by the receiving party and a damage claim filed with the carrier within five (5) calendar days of receipt and reported within seven (7) calendar days.
Product Damage: HTUSA must be notified, in writing, of all product damage claims within ten (10) days of receipt of the shipment. We reserves the right to call back product and inspect it for damage assessment.
