Unused merchandise in resalable condition (with packaging and support materials intact) may be returned within 30 days for credit or exchange. There will be a 15% restocking fee. All returns must receive prior authorization. Returns without a Prior Authorization will be subject to a 25% Processing & Restocking fee on top of the 15%. All returns must include a copy of either your invoice or packing slip and must be clearly marked with the RA number on the outside of the box. Send your return products back insured and prepaid via UPS, FedEx Ground, or U.S. Mail.
