Unused merchandise in resalable condition (with packaging and support materials intact) may be returned within 30 days for credit or exchange. There will be a 15% restocking fee. All returns must receive prior authorization. Returns without a Prior Authorization will be subject to a 25% Processing & Restocking fee on top of the 15%. All returns must include a copy of either your invoice or packing slip and must be clearly marked with the RA number on the outside of the box.
