Returns that are received in the warehouse and show signs of extensive wear and tear and are no longer in a resalable condition may incur a 25-50% salvage fee.
Damaged or defective items will be exchanged for a new item. Contact us within 5 days receipt.
All returns must receive prior authorization. Returns without a Prior Authorization will be subject to a 15% Processing & Restocking fee.
In the event the item was sold with a free shipping special, the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund.
