Inspection reminder: UPS 7 day inspection period:  When you receive your rocker, please be sure to inspect it to make sure that it was not damaged in shipment.  You have 7 days to contact us to claim damages in shipment or to contact us for any non-shipping related issues.  UPS will pick up any damaged shipments that is reported to UPS and you need to let us know when this has been done so we can arrange to send out a replacement.   If there is a defective issue unrelated to the shipping, contact us immediately and we will exchange it for the same style or for any of our other styles at that same price point or have a replacement piece sent out.  There will be no cash refunds, but we will be glad to replace the rocker if it arrives damaged or defective.  There will be NO acceptations.
