Refused Shipments: Please note that any shipment Refused, unless authorized by us, will be subject to a 20% restock fee plus the original shipping cost.
The original shipping cost is not refundable. If the item was subject to free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. We will refund you your purchase price minus the original shipping costs and any applicable restocking fee.
Return Authorization: Please e-mail us at sales@toptoysplus.com Include the Order Date, Product name, Reason for Return, your Name, Address and Telephone Number to receive authorization . Please Do Not ship any products until you receive an e-mail with return instructions! As different products will need to be returned to different warehouses and manufacturers. Unauthorized returns will NOT be accepted.
Cancellation Policy: If we are able to cancel your order before it is produced and/or shipped, there is not a charge for the cancellation. If the order has already been processed or shipped, please follow our Return Policy.
For items damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately (No later than 2 days of the delivery date) for further instructions. To process the exchange or a return on damaged items you MUST keep the original box and all packaging.
