The TRX is a three wheel electric scooter that you can ride while standing, this makes it very convenient for use at events, security and warehouse floor operations or for just plain fun! It's like a three wheel Segway but at a fraction of the price and weight. It has two 150 watts belt drive electric motors and can travel at a max speed of 12 miles per hour. It can achieve a 15 mile range and/or one hour on a full charge. The TRX Scooter features a 16" front air inflated tire with an innertube, two 8" rear puncture proof tires, and a 125mm Urethane rear wheel for additional stability. The TRX personal transporter scooter is easy-to-operate from a thumb controlled throttle and left handle brake system. Powered by a Rechargeable 36 Volt 7 AH 3-Battery Pack (Free Charger Included). The TRX Scooter features a tight turning radius & large standing platform. The 36 volts battery system can be re-charged 300 times, that means depending on usage, it will be years before replacing the batteries.
Returns:
We will not accept unauthorized returns. If you need to return an item, please contact us prior to doing so. If conditions for the product return as stated below are met, we will issue you a return authorization number (RA #) that must be marked on your return package. With the exception of returns caused by our error, shipping costs for returned items will be buyer's responsibility as well as the original shipping charge and a 15% restocking fee. No return will be accepted without invoice number or date of sale. To receive a refund or credit, returned items must be in original packaging, unused, in original condition and received within 5 days of your original receipt of the product. Items will be inspected prior to issuance of any refund or credit.
If the product had free shipping, the original shipping fee will be deducted, plus the 15% restocking fee, from the refund.
Damaged Items:
We will ship out free replacement parts if any damage occurs. Customers are responsible for replacing these parts. Should the item be majorly damaged beyond warranty repair, we will offer a return for a full refund. If damage is not reported to us within 5 days of receiving the item, the shipping companies will not honor the damage claim and the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges.
Lost or Stolen Items: (Signature Service)
Big Toys USA is not responsible for any products lost or stolen after being left at a business or residence without the signature service purchased on the order. Fedex will not honor a claim without this service, which is why we offer this service for an additional $3 when purchasing an item.
Guarantee:
The products are guaranteed to be quality merchandise. Many products carry a Manufacturer's warranty. We will pass this warranty on to the buyer. Buyer should notify us immediately upon discovery of any product defect. Defective items must be returned for replacement in accordance with our return policy and at buyer's expense. We will replace all defective items that meet the return/replacement requirements, but will not accept any liability for loss or inconvenience cased buy their use or failure. All warranties are voided if defect has been caused in whole or in part by improper installation, abuse or misuse. We reserve the right to withhold issuance of credit until returned defective part has been examined and tested. *Any used product offered by us, (wheels, or any other parts) are not included in these policies unless otherwise noted.
Product Use:
Some products may not be approved for highway use or public roads. It is the complete responsibility of the buyer to ensure that their vehicles are operated by all federal, state and local laws. Buyer assumes all liability and risk associated with the use of motorized products and holds TopToysPlus and its owners harmless of any liability.
