We endeavors to provide quality products. If you are not completely satisfied with an item please contact us for a return within 10 days of delivery.
- We reserves the right to charge a 15% to 30% restocking fee on Trikke product returns depending upon the
condition of the returned product. You must contact us within 10 (ten) days to obtain a Return Authorization number (RA#).
- No return of merchandise will be accepted without prior approval from Trikke Tech, Inc.
- All Trikke product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. RA# must be clearly stated on paperwork and
accompany all returns.
- Refunds (excluding shipping costs) will be issued after delivery and inspection. You are responsible for the shipping costs for replacement items.
-No refunds are granted on parts, accessories or apparel.
LIMITED WARRANTY TO CUSTOMERS:
- Trikke Tech, Inc. provides a limited warranty for items sold by Dealer/Retailer to customers against defects in workmanship
and quality for a period of one (1) year on frames and 90 days on electronics after the date of sale to the retail customer.
- If an item is defective, please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization number (RA#).
Trikke Tech, Inc. agrees to repair or replace defective item(s) at no cost or, at the sole option of Trikke Tech, Inc., to refund
the retail purchase price provided the item has not been damaged due to extraordinary wear and tear, improper use,
cleaning or storage.
- Shipping charges on returned or exchanged merchandise are non-refundable.
