Our products are coming from many vendors, so please read the shipping and handling information before buying.
In many cases we ship directly from the vendors warehouses, which are located all over the US.
Shipping happens as quickly as possible and always within 2-10 business days after receiving your payment.
You will get a confirmation email and/or tracking number as soon as the product is shipped.
We combine shipping as much as possible, however our vendors ship from different locations, so check with us if this applies to your order.
Sorry, NO International shipping nor to Hawaii and Alaska.
NO shipments to PO boxes.
Major carriers like UPS , Fedex or USPS and DHL are used to ship your products.
A phone number is asked so the shipping carrier can contact you in case there is a problem with your delivery.
Incorrect addresses provided by the customer that result in cost to us will be subject to additional shipping charges.
If a package is canceled or refused after it has already shipped, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs and restocking fees to the intended destination and return to the warehouse.
TopToysPlus is not responsible for lost or stolen packages left on the doorsteps.
Shipments to California are charged with a 9.00% sales tax.

If you are not completely satisfied with your product, please contact us within 5 days after receiving your product.
Should any of our products become out of stock due to high demand, customers will have a choice of waiting for the product on back-order, a store credit towards any other product in our store, or a complete refund.
For some products the sale is final and no returns are accepted except for defective items. This is stated in the product descriptions.
Personalized items can not be returned.
Returned merchandise must be in new, unused condition in the original box with all documentation, packaging and warranty information included. The original box also must be clean, unmarked and undamaged. Once the original item is returned, we will refund the amount you originally paid for your item (minus shipping and handling cost). The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to the transaction.
Several items require a restocking fee of 10% – 25% based on the manufacturer, please contact us for the details.
If we made a mistake and shipped the wrong product, we pay for all shipping costs related to that product.
