after receiving your item.
Should any of our products become
out of stock
due to high demand, customers will have a choice of waiting for item on backorder, a store credit towards any other item in our store,
or a complete refund.
For some products the sale is final and no return are accepted expect for defective items. This is stated in the product descriptions.
Returned merchandise must be in new, unused condition in the original box with all documentation, packaging and warranty information included. The original box also must be clean, unmarked and undamaged. Once the original item is returned, we will refund the amount you originally paid for your item (minus shipping cost). The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to the transaction. Several items require a restocking fee of 10% - 25% based on the manufacturer, please contact us for the details.
If we made a mistake and shipped the wrong item, we pay for all shipping costs related to that item.
Shipments to California are charged with a 9.5% sales tax.
